SKO Staff members attend Logical Framework Training

Reaksmey and Polet of Strey Khmer attended a training on Logical Framework Approach  LFA/OOPP/ZOPP which was organized by People Living In Unified Society (PLUS) from June 20-24, 2011.

We learned that logical framework approach (LFA) is a project design methodology. The process is studying different types of Goals, Objectives, Outcomes, Activities and something which could be used to measure the project. LFA is a management tool for leaders and managers in their own institutions.

A logical framework document is a 4 column by 4 row matrix. By the end of the training we understood the definition of indicators, means of verification, assumptions and much more. Before we did not know how to follow the correct process of filling out the matrix. This will help us very much in our future project proposals.
